Christangelos Georgantelis lives and works in Athens, the greek capital . He is the Head of Design of SOFFA-Social Facion Factiory. He studied at the Technoligical Institute of Central Macedonia, graduated from the Department of Fashion Design & Technology. He has presented his collection at the greek fashion week and the new designers fashion week and he held 6 individual fashion shows in Athens and Lesvos. Also, he has taken part in plenty of group exhibitions (Athens, Thesaaloniki, Lesvos, Instunbul). He has been awarded in several competitions and has raken part in workshops (Copenghagen Fur). He has has collaborated with a number of greek and foreign companies as a fashion designer, pattern cutter and creative director.

Dimitrios is an emerging visual artist and media specialist based in London. He holds two Master’s degrees, a Master of Arts in Convergent Journalism at H.M.K.W Berlin and a Master of Arts in Fashion Media Production at the University of the Arts London. His fashion short film “Epilogue” has officially been selected and received awards from film festivals worldwide and it was exhibited at Victoria House, London and Aesthetica Short Film Festival, York. He is currently the Creative Lead for iDAL agency in London and his previous experience in the fashion industry includes System Agency, Louis Vuitton and Maje Paris.

Eleni Oronti is a graduate of Fashion Design and Technology: Womenswear from London College of Fashion / University of the Arts London.
In 2021, she became one of the three Country Coordinators of Fashion Revolution Cyprus and she was the Coordinator of the Creative team
for the first Fashion Open studio of Fashion Revolution Greece. She has experience as a Designer Assistant at SRVC Studio in London, working with sustainable platforms and currently designing a capsule collection for a Film Production company in New York. She is in the process of creating her own
sustainable – ethical and upcycled brand which is going to be based in Athens.

He holds a master’s degree in Digital Product Design at the University of the Aegean, with extensive experience of building eshops in Greece and around the world, as well as applications and websites that have won awards in world events, as well as film editing and animation production.

She strives to eliminate toxic social and organizational environments. Her goal is to raise awareness about sustainability and circular economy through her work. Born in Nuremberg, Germany and raised in Athens ,she is currently working as a Customer Service Agent at Webhelp, Athens. Her main interests are Human Rights, International Relations and NGOs Sustainability. With previous experience as a volunteer in ActionAid, she decided to take part in SOFFA’s team , in order to raise awareness about ethical fashion and fight against gender-based discrimination.

Elena Petrou graduated with a bachelor degree in Journalism, at the Department of Communication, Mass Media and Journalism. The main part in her research were in the fields of culture, social history and social sciences. Though her studies she emphasised in arts and specifically in the
theatre in Cyprus. After her studies she continued her training at Star Chanel in Athens writing news in a 24/7 Environment. Later she completed a program by the Organisation Youthshare about ‘Resilient and sharing Economies’. Later on she started to do some interviews with the youth through the European Magazine “Youth Employment’’, focusing on the issues for inovative solutions, sustainable jobs and involvment on social entrepreneurship.

Eugenia is a student at the Patronist-Modelist department of the Zer Fam Fashion School. Her goal is to learn as much as possible about the ecological production of clothing and to contribute to the transformation of fashion, into a factor of protection of the environment and not of its pollution. Always guided by human rights. That is why the experience from Soffa is so valuable for achieving this goal and continuing to develop a green future.
Spyridoula Livani

Spyridoula holds a MSc in Bioeconomy, Circular Economy and Sustainable Development, and she has a more biological background because of her undergraduate studies in Marine Biology. However, her passion has always been fashion and she believes that industry will not be able to continue to exist unless it changes radically towards sustainability. Now, she’s working on her thesis, on “The importance of sustainability and responsible entrepreneurship in the apparel industry — ways of moving to a circular production model”. She decided to volunteer for SOFFA because she was excited about the idea that represents and the social character of the organization.
